Many of our products use natural leather. Unlike synthetic leather, natural leather may have natural wrinkles, minor scratches, or the smell of leather. These cannot be completely removed with current technology, so please understand this as part of the leather's character. If you receive a defective product (not due to intentional damage), please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will exchange it for a non-defective item.

Products are limited to stock on hand. If the product you ordered is out of stock, the order will be canceled, and you will be notified of the next restock via email.

### Delivery Period
